How to upload a file
This web hosting tutorial shows you how to upload a file using our advanced Hepsia web hosting control panel. This video tutorial is also available inside the OzeVision Web Hosting control panel under Help/Video Tutorials.
There are two, easy ways two upload a file with the file manager:
1. You can use the "Upload new file(s)" action button. This will open a window with the files in your home computer. You can select multiple files and upload them simultaneously. Once you have selected the file, click on the "Open" button. A new window will open, showing you the file upload progress for each file, as well as the folder the files are uploaded to. To start the file upload, click on the "Upload" button.
2. Before you start the file upload, you can change the destination folder, remove selected files, or add more files. Our new file manager supports the Drag & Drop function. This means, that all you have to do to upload a certain file is to drag it from your home computer to the desired folder in the file manager. This will immediately start the file upload.
With any of the above ways, you can upload files only. To upload a folder, you will have to first archive it, or use an FTP client.
